Our Services

  • Maintenance

Repairs, parts replacement, and refurbishing firearms are common issues to address. In addition to these basics we offer records keeping for maintenance schedules. Maintenance plans can be made Biennial, Annual, semiannual, based on the requirements of the organization requesting our services. These maintenance plans will give additional support to an organization to ensure equipment is reliable and when called into question if a mishap happens in the field.

  • Inspections

Inspections are performed on all pieces of equipment during our services. We identify faults/ deficiencies with the piece of equipment. If anything is identifed it is logged on our maintenance sheets and tagged so the customer will know what is wrong on sight. This will also help in identifying potential risky or hazardous situations that could occur if the equipment is used. These inspections identify if their equipment has had unauthorized modifications to their company equipment.

There are two types of inspections:

    - Basic: The inspection will consist of checking for common faults, burs, gouges, loose assemblies, loos parts, well worn areas, pitting, rust, bent and broken parts.

    - In depth: This inspection consists of a more advance evaluation of the equipment. These checks consist of wear in the barrel and specific measurements in areas, headspace, straightness, receiver pin holes, rifling, deformations of sub assemblies, broken and worn parts.

  • Cleaning

Cleaning with normal cleaning equipment and Cleaning Lubricant Preservative (CLP) to ensure cleanliness and rust preventative measures are in place. This is a manual process performed by our company while simultaneously we conduct a inspection. If the customer has specific cleaning agents they wish our company to use we will comply with their request at no charge to them if they provide the chemicals or we will charge if we must purchase the specified equipment and/ or chemicals.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning

The equipment will be broken down into assemblies and submerged into a cleaning solution. This process breaks up particles of dirt, debris, and carbon. After the cleaning process is completed the equipment is rinsed, dried, and lubed. If the customer has specific cleaning agents they wish our company to use we will comply with their request at no charge to them if they provide the chemicals or we will charge if we must purchase the specified equipment and/ or chemicals. This process takes time and an accurate timeline quote can be given after the equipment is identified.
